C'est Bon : The France Champagne Kiosk

I am not a big drinker, but anyone who knows me know I love the Bubbles... By bubbles, I mean Champagne. Be it Brut, Extra Dry, or Rose...I love it all. There's just something about those tiny bubbles tickling your nose while you take in the fruity aroma. I'll take a glass of Sparkling any where, but no place can top the Champagne kiosk located at Epcot's France Pavilion.

The small kiosk is located Just outside of Les Chefs de France with World Showcase Lagoon as a backdrop. The cast members working at the kiosk are usually from Parisian locales, making the experience all the more authentic.

For a kiosk, there are many options from which to choose. Regular wines, Chef's Wines, Premium Wines, French Beers, Vodka Slushes, and of course, my beloved Champagne. They pour Pommery Champagne here which hails from France so can truly be called Champagne.

In addition to straight Champagne, the kiosk also offers the traditional French "Kir Royale" which is Champagne and Creme de Cassis, which is a sweet, black currant liquer and turns the wine a pink color. The price is hefty for this 6 oz Champagne Cocktail ($13) but I'm not complaining. $13 for a glass of deliciousness to sip while strolling the streets of Paris...priceless! Often times I'll pop over to Boulangerie Patisserie located in the alley behind Les Chefs de France for a Creme Brûlée, or other times, I may opt for a Strawberry filled Parisian delicacie from the adjacent crepe kiosk. Some days, I'll just find a quiet seat and people watch awhile.

That being said, no trip to Epcot is complete without a visit to the Champagne Kiosk. It has always been my dream to travel to Paris, and that dream comes true every time I visit Epcot.

One of my favorite places in Epcot! I'm a total bubbly girl as well. My latest obsession is Barefoot Bubbly collection, it's cheap and still yummy. It makes drinking a sparkling something for any night instead of just special occasions. We're going to have to enjoy some together at Social Media Moms.

simple, convenient (except for the regular line), incredible. the Grey Goose, Grand Marnier slush is ridiculous. who knew Epcot would house one of the world's best bars?
